A-Vibe Web Development Hub offers web design, development, graphic design, content creation, and SEO optimization. Additional services may include maintenance services.
Clients must provide all necessary information, such as imageries, infographics, content copies, and feedback, in a timely manner to ensure project completion. Clients are responsible for ensuring that all content provided is legal and does not infringe on any third-party rights.
A non-refundable deposit of 60% of the project fee is required before work begins. The remaining balance is due upon project completion. Payments can be made via bank transfer or other agreed upon methods.
A-Vibe Web Development Hub will provide an estimated timeline for project completion. Delays caused by the client, such as late provision of materials or feedback, may result in adjusted timelines but will not defer payment obligations.
Clients are entitled to up to three rounds of revisions during the design phase. Additional revisions or changes after approval will incur extra charges.
Upon full payment, clients will own the final design. A-Vibe Web Development Hub reserves the right to use completed projects for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing. Additionally, all websites created by A-Vibe Web Development Hub will include a site credit, typically in the footer, linking back to A-Vibe Web Development Hub.
A-Vibe Web Development Hub agrees to keep all client information confidential and not disclose it to third parties without client consent, except as required by law.
Either party may terminate the project with written notice. If the client terminates the project, A-Vibe Web Development Hub will invoice for work completed up to the termination date.
A-Vibe Web Development Hub is not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the website, including but not limited to data loss, revenue loss, or business interruption.
Clients are encouraged to provide feedback and reviews of our services. Reviews should be honest and based on your direct experience with A-Vibe Web Development Hub. Inappropriate, false, or defamatory reviews are not permitted and may result in legal action.
A-Vibe Web Development Hub strives to ensure client satisfaction. However, if a client is unsatisfied with our services, the following refund policy applies:
The laws of Ogun State, Nigeria, govern these terms. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ogun State.
A-Vibe Web Development Hub reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes.

A-Vibe Web Development Hub has a zero-tolerance policy for websites used for fraudulent purposes, including but not limited to, phishing, scamming, distributing malware, or any illegal activities. Suppose it is determined that a client’s website is being used for fraudulent purposes.
In such cases, A-Vibe Web Development Hub reserves the right to terminate the service immediately without notice and without a refund.
